SHIPPING POLICY
1. For Local Deliveries:
-Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 500g.
-Delivery for all orders placed out of Negombo area will take between 3 to 7 working days from the date of order placement.
-Order deliveries within Negombo area, suburbs, or outstation will not be made on Sundays.
-Orders placed on Public Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
-Our delivery agent will contact you before delivery to inform you about the delivery time.
2. For International Deliveries:
-Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 500g.
-Credit/Debit payment is available.
-Era by Saf is not responsible for Duties & Taxes if charged upon receipt of delivery for orders placed outside of Sri Lanka.
-Shipping policies might change with the courier service we chose.
