-To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

-The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the item(s), unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely.
-Above recommendation is only for international returns, not Sri Lankan returns.
-All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return/exchange criteria.
-If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process the return or exchange accordingly.
-If the item(s) do not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
-For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
-For approved exchanges, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item(s) to you.
-Additional payment may be required if the new item(s) have a higher selling price.
-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
-Damages caused by improper usage or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
-The shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging a damaged or defective item will be covered by Era by Saf.
-The returned item(s) will undergo a thorough inspection to verify the damage or defect.
-If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process the return or exchange accordingly.
-We reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request if the damage or defect is determined to be a result of improper usage or negligence.
-For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, including the shipping charges.
-For approved exchanges, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item(s) to you.
-Era by Saf will bear the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items, up to a maximum of Rs.500. Any additional shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
-Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are damaged or defective.
-Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuit products cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Era by Saf reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
-The management's decision is non-negotiable and final.
