Q: What is the return policy for Era by Saf?

A: We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of purchase for Local orders and 14 days for International orders. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed information.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not shipped yet, we will be able to cancel your order. However, you cannot modify your order by yourself.
